We are also seeking a Senior Practitioner to join Camden's Adult Social Care Neighbourhood teams.

Experience: 5+ years, with senior practice or management responsibilities
About the Role:
You will lead on complex cases, support colleagues with supervision and mentoring, and play a key role in shaping future service delivery. Your responsibilities include managing a small caseload, overseeing practice quality (especially for out-of-borough placements), and deputising for the Team Manager when required.
You will also:
Provide professional consultation and policy guidance
Line manage and supervise up to 6 staff
Promote best practice and drive service improvement
Encourage positive risk-taking and person-centred care planning
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading teams or managing senior-level casework
Ability to balance operational duties with strategic input
Strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and professional standards

Job Description : You will play a key part in delivering the requirements of the Building Safety Act 2022, specifically the development of Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategies for all Housing Services managed high rise buildings. This will include working closely with colleagues from the Housing Management and Asset Management services, collecting relevant tenant information, developing strategies, consulting with residents and implementing the strategies.
The Resident Engagement Officer will:
Identify the needs of tenants to enable them to be involved in building safety.
Develop and promote engagement opportunities to support the development of a Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy.
Consult with residents on engagement opportunities and building safety decisions.
Assist colleagues in communicating with residents, including where there are language barriers and digital exclusion.
You will have:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Good administrative skills, and the ability to develop and maintain effective systems for managing information.
An interest in building and fire safety and the impact new regulations have on residents, and residents' involvement in how we deliver our services.

We are currently looking for the below role, if this is something of interest then please get in touch.
CNC Machninist (Turning) Required to work manufacturing company based in Milton Keynes.
We are currently looking for CNC Programmer Setter Operator for an experienced Turner who can programme online ( at the machine) using Fanuc controlled machines; they will also need to set and operate the machine. We are willing to offer training for the right candidate, but they must have worked with CNC lathes previously and be able to set and operate. We have a simple pre screening test that we would like all potential candidates to complete prior to arranging interviews. This test will consist of point-to-point positions with G-code (G1, G2 & G3).
The two lathe we have areas follows;
Doosan Puma 2600SY II CNC lathe equipped with Doosan-Fanuc 0iTF Plus CNC Control System with Manual Guide 'i' with bar feeder. Live tooling with sub spindle.
Leadwell Turning Centre LTC-25i LVM with Fanuc controls single spindle C axis live tooling.
The rate of pay will be between £13-£19 per hour depending on experience. Hours of work are 7.45m to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.45am to 3.30pm on Fridays with a 45-minute unpaid lunchbreak each day, a total of 39 hours per week. There is also potential for overtime.
Overtime payment is as follows.
- The first 4 hours worked in excess of normal hours are paid 1.5 times the hourly rate, thereafter, hours worked are paid at twice the hourly rate.
- Working extra hours on a Saturday, first 4 hours at 1.5 times the hourly rate, thereafter twice the hourly rate.
- Working extra hours on a Sunday, providing the preceding Saturday has been worked, you will be paid at twice the hourly rate.
- Working on a Bank Holiday will be paid at twice the hourly rate
