Hybrid working

Opencast believes strongly in the value of working together, face-to-face. We offer flexibility to enable our people to have a healthy work/life balance – and do not require them to be in an office between certain hours or on set days.

At Opencast we are not remote first – we are hybrid. Hybridworking means our people will be in the right place at the right time todeliver their work, taking into account the requirements of their clients and teamalike.

We have office hubs in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds and London, aswell as a headquarters in Newcastle upon Tyne. This means our people could workfrom these, a client site or from home.
