You will be responsible for:
* Being an integral part of the visitor centre team, as a Brand Home Guide, you'll be required to deliver high standards of customer service and an outstanding and memorable visitor experience.
* Our tours are the opportunity for the public to learn who we are and what we do, you'll be guiding them around our beautiful distillery representing the brand and Diageo using the full training provided.
* You will assist with ticket sales and promoting our brand throughout the full experience, from warmly greeting our guests to providing advice and information on the offerings of our outstanding visitor experience.
* There will be shop duties and upselling products will be required alongside the merchandising of our other products in the retail area.
* You'll help with the planning and implementation of special events throughout the year.

You will be responsible for:
* Driving tour and experience bookings through corporate/B2B sales
* Building relationships with third party tour and experience operators
* Working closely with our food and beverage partner to maximise and upsell bookings
* Working alongside the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager and the Digital Marketing & Ticketing Executive to deploy ticketing journeys appropriate for B2B sales and develop affiliate initiatives
* Work closely with the Events & Reservations team (who sit in the Sales & Marketing team), to seamless communicate on bookings, complimentary tours and providing a 5-star experience
* Working with the Marketing Manager to share content across to third parties who will be promoting GOGBL experiences and tours
Key Stakeholders
The role reports into the Head of Sales & Marketing, GOGBL. The role holder will need to build a relationship and work closely with not only the Sales & Marketing team but also key contacts within the wider Diageo business. This includes teams such as the On Trade Account Management team and those who hold relationships with prospective clients for tours and experiences.

* Hold an Electrical qualification (HNC, ONC, C&G, or equivalent) - essential * Have a relevant qualification in machinery safety (CMSE, UCPD, C&G, or equivalent), or are willing to pursue one. * Possess an ATEX qualification (CompEX 1-4 and/or 14, or equivalent) - desirable * Hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate, or are willing to work towards it. * Have knowledge of CE/UKCA marking OR machinery safety function design in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 and EN 62061 - or are actively working towards it . * Have a solid understanding of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER). * Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels with internal and external partners and maintain strong attention to detail. * Are proficient in IT and data analysis tools, such as Excel and Power BI. * Have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. * Are adaptable to change and committed to continual development, with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively under pressure. Role Responsibilities:
* Support the full year Integrated Business Planning process from 5-year Strategy through to the AOP
* Coordinate & support the delivery of the quarterly commercial plan update.
* Bring together channel, marketing, and finance teams to deliver a well-rounded plan which is deeply rooted in insights and is in line with the GB strategy and vision.
* Define the priorities for creative development post Marketing Business Plan by bringing together marketing and commercial priorities.
* Engage key collaborators to ensure all views are considered and gain early consensus to proposed commercial building blocks.
* Partner closely with the Business Performance Managers to ensure that in-year performance is appropriately tracked against the AOP
* Responsible for the cross functional meeting cadence and governance for each stage of the IBP process.
* Embed forums and a cadence to review and propose a reallocation of resources to ensure delivery of the plan

* Support in event running and management, preparing function sheets
