* Maintain contractor records to ensure health & safety accreditations, and team qualifications are up to date
* Collect and review all Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to the contractor's arrival on site
* Complete all pre-visit assessments, welcome and induct contractors on to site, monitor their performance during attendance
* Sign off all activity prior to their departure
* Manage Performance and Behaviour of contractors
* You must have previous experience managing contractors * You must have experience in dealing with critical incidents involving gas, electricity and water
This role will focus on redesigning and refreshing existing ETL pipelines, which currently use a combination of Python and SSIS, to support the transition to a new centralised data warehouse. The successful candidate will play a key part in migrating these pipelines to Azure Data Factory and providing ongoing support and iteration., * Redesign and develop new ETL pipelines to support modern data warehousing.
* Migrate and refine existing pipelines from on-premise solutions to Azure Data Factory.
* Access and work with SQL Server databases, including writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
* Support and maintain both new and existing ETL processes.
* Structure and prepare data to optimise performance and enable deeper insights.
* Proven experience writing new ETL pipelines. * Strong understanding of data structuring for performance and analytical use. * Confident in working with SQL Server, including advanced T-SQL and stored procedures. * Experience refining, modernising, and migrating ETL pipelines. * Ability to provide system support and continuous improvement to existing solutions.
Duties may include:
* Manage a busy caseload of Civil Litigation matters, with an emphasis on Public Liability cases including, but not limited to, false imprisonment, data protection and human rights
* Prior experience in Judicial Reviews is beneficial for this position
* Ensure compliance with GDPR by overseeing data protection policies and practices
* Represent the Council in Court and conduct advocacy where appropriate in mainly remote hearings with some Court attendance required
* Act as the Registered Manager, overseeing all Ofsted inspections and ensuring performance aligns with national and local expectations
* Lead continuous service improvement through effective quality assurance, performance management, and user engagement
* Develop and manage effective partnerships across local authorities, health, and voluntary agencies to deliver integrated, impactful adoption services
* Oversee budgets and service resources to ensure sustainability, value for money, and delivery of strategic priorities
* Qualified Social Worker (SW England registered) with a degree in Social Work and advanced professional development in adoption or children's services * Proven senior leadership experience in managing adoption or related services within a public sector or multi-agency environment * Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and safeguarding responsibilities in children's social care * Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile services, staff teams, performance frameworks, and service-user involvement * Skilled in stakeholder management, governance reporting, and service transformation through innovation and collaboration
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, and proactively address client retention and growth
* Monitor service, equipment, and consumable contracts to ensure execution of Terms & Conditions, including profitability approved by the business
* Evaluate the customer's current service plan and provide recommendations based on the client's needs and suite of products
* Monitor clients recurring revenue trends while driving efficiencies through the entire ordering process and educating and driving use usage of Partner Place
* Partner and understand internal departments, processes, and stakeholders. This includes, but not limited to, Service, Invoicing, Implementation, Contracts, Incident Handling, Engineering, and Credit and Collections
* Collaborate with Sales team to identify upsell opportunities, and referrals while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with the current product portfolio
* Assess client needs and find creative solutions to assist and manage challenging customers' requests and escalation
* Fluent to a business proficiency, both written and spoken, in German * Experience in customer services or a client coordination role * It would be highly advantageous if candidates had additional language skills in either Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Hebrew or Dutch but this is not essential The company offers 33 days' holiday including bank holidays, free eye tests, opportunities for internal progression and other additional benefits including hybrid working.
