Our client, a well-established international organisation is seeking to appoint a proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy HR function on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong Recruitment experience to contribute to the effective delivery of agency management and HR in an internal HR team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient Recruitment and HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination of temporary recruitment through multiple agency partners
• Scheduling pre-employment medical appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on staff absence, including circulation of reports and follow-up on outstanding actions
• Processing incoming HR paperwork and assisting with payroll-related administration
• Maintaining accurate employee records, including onboarding and offboarding, pension administration, and employee changes
• Producing accurate reports using Microsoft Excel
• Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required

Your New Role: Floor Layer - Responsive Repairs

We're recruiting an experienced and reliable Floor Layer to join a busy, customer-focused responsive repairs team operating across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:

• Fit high-quality vinyl flooring in wet rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.

• Prepare surfaces with latex or plywood, and install a range of floor coverings including vinyl sheet, safety flooring, and vinyl tiles.

• Familiarity with carpet grades, underlay, gripper rods, and vinyl suitability for different environments.

• Understanding of wet room flooring systems such as AKW products.

• Knowledge of health and safety, asbestos awareness, and COSHH (particularly latex, solvents, and adhesives).
