Through our Crews (Employee Resource Groups) and our external partners, we bring to life a diverse range of projects, campaigns and internal activities that benefit our people and the wider community.

We currently have seven Crews in place, representing the diverse needs and backgrounds of our people: Culture Crew, Women’s & Gender Equality Crew, Queer Channel Crew, Working Parents Crew, Headspace Crew, People with Disabilities Crew, and Sustainability Crew.

We also work closely with our charity partners and non-profit organisations that help shape our DEI journey e.g. Brixton Finishing School, MEFA,  Scope, and the ADHD Neurodiversity Charity among others.

Our DEI work has been recognised by the industry initiative All In and we have been named an All In Champion in 2023.
