Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex caseload involving high-risk situations, including CIN, CP, LAC, fostering and adoption cases.
- Provide expert advice and oversight on complex assessments and care planning.
- Mentor and support Social Workers, students, and Family Support Workers.
- Lead on statutory meetings including child protection conferences, reviews, core groups, and court proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with children, families, carers, and partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

Requirements:
- SWE registered Social Worker.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualifying experience in children's social care.
- Strong knowledge and experience in areas such as CP, Court Work, LAC, and fostering/adoption.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide leadership in complex casework.
- Able to work primarily from the office in Bury with flexibility as required.

What will you deliver?
