About the role:
This is a Part Time role working 25 to 32 hours per week. Please note some Saturday shifts may be involved to cover holiday and sickness.
As our Practice Manager, you'll be ensuring the practice is running smoothly— balancing day-to-day operations with people leadership, project execution, and strategic collaboration.
You’ll work closely with the Practice Owner’s to deliver on business objectives, while also championing a positive, motivated culture that empowers every team member to do their best work. You will be working alongside our team of 4 vets, 6 nurses and 4 brilliant receptionists.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Overseeing daily operations to ensure the delivery of our gold-standard veterinary care
• Implementing and managing HR policies, recruiting, onboarding, and developing a passionate, diverse team
• Solving problems quickly and efficiently, keeping service smooth and clients happy
• Planning and executing bespoke projects, from team development to operational improvements
• Managing your own schedule to balance hands-on support with high-level strategy

The team:
As the Practice Owner at Greenford and Brentford, Attila is passionate about developing his team and so by joining us, you’ll be joining a supportive and growing team where individual interests and CPD are encouraged and everyone’s voice heard.
You and the role:
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for an experienced vet with a broad range of GP skills. Confident in all aspects of everyday small animal medicine and surgery, we’re also looking for a vet skilled in building strong relationships with patients and clients and who enjoys working in a team.
The hours required are full time, 4 days a week 9am until 7pm and 1 in 3 weekends, Saturday 9am until 5pm and Sunday 10:30am until 4pm.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our small animal practice in Dunstable Vets for Pets for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and welcoming team.
The surgery is purpose built and fully equipped allowing excellent clinical care to be achieved. You would be joining a team of 3 Vets, 2 nurses, 1 Student nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, 1 Practice Manager & 4 Client Care Advisors.
By joining us you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential, admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients. Assistance from VCA’s and an SVN with turning around theatre, patient prep.
To apply you will have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, be cheerful, down-to-earth and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
This is a Full-Time role working 40 hour per week. Only 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am - 4pm and no Sundays or Bank holidays. Shifts vary between 8:30am - 4:30pm, 9:00am – 5:00pm and 11:00am – 7:00pm.
