Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their professional engineering career.

The Role

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of practical experience in the UK and will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver electrical engineering assignments ranging from desktop studies to full design lead roles.
Design electrical services and provide support to the site delivery team as part of a wider construction team.
Manage multiple projects in parallel, taking ownership of electrical designs and ensuring delivery to agreed timelines.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and project managers.
Investigate and implement the latest technologies and energy efficiency solutions.
Work closely with the Head of the Electrical Section to expand and enhance departmental capabilities.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Attributes
Membership in a Professional Engineering Institution.
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UK building services industry.
Strong interest in working on complex and challenging projects.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to identify problems, collect data, and present clear solutions.
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
Flexible and adaptable approach to both office and site-based work.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with Relux, Amtech, and Navisworks Revit experience would be beneficial.
A valid UK driving licence.
