Qualified Social Worker - Young Adults Team

You will be working within a well respected Local Authority based in the Walsall area. You will be working in the Young Adults Team 16-25. This role is for a social worker in the younger adults team working with individuals between age 18 and 25. Main focus of team is for those young people with a learning disability. Experience of MCA and Care Act essential.

The Young Adults Team team support young people with disabilities aged 16-25 in Preparation for Adulthood in areas of education/employment, independent living, community inclusion and health. The work is primarily with young people with Learning Disabilities, but also some young people with a physical disability or complex health needs, to transition from Children's Services into their adult life.
