Pay rate: Up to £16.98 - £21.98 per hour

Location: Sizewell, Leiston

Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 5 days

Our client, a leader in Nuclear Generation requires an Outage Resource Planner at their site in Sizewell, Leiston.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:

  • Competent planning and basic project management skills
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the enthusiasm and drive to facilitate change
  • Be able to identify and quantify risk, as well as determine appropriate escalation.
  • Effectively communicate to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritise workload appropriately when faced with conflicting demands

Role information:

  • Producing and resource plans and histograms using Primavera P6
  • Reviewing resource histograms and reviewing deliverability with key stakeholders
  • Identification of risks to plan delivery and supporting mitigations as required
  • Supporting the successful delivery of Pre-Outage Milestone Plan (POMP)
  • Reporting progress and priorities, and escalating issues to the Outage Leads as required
  • Lead/support post outage reviews to drive continuous improvement
