Responsibilities:
As a Technical Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate quotations for remedial works across Water, Air, and Fire service lines. You'll interpret client requests, respond promptly to reactive work, maintain internal documentation systems, and ensure compliance with agreed rates and contract specifics. The role also involves supporting the wider estimating team, maintaining professional communication with clients and colleagues, and contributing to high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
* Strong Communication Skills- Effective written and verbal communication to interpret client needs and collaborate with internal teams.
* Attention to Detail- High level of accuracy in producing quotations and reviewing technical documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word for documentation and data handling.
* Industry Experience- Prior experience in Water, Fire, or Air services is advantageous but not essential.
* Self-Motivation- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
