Venn Group is working with a Local Authority to recruit an interim IT Change and Adoption Lead.

Projects will include M365 Desktop App deployment and Windows 11 rollout.

This role is to promote the changes that are coming with the stakeholders, understand the users' digital readiness, devise a plan of action, develop communications and create the training material.
* IR35 Status: Inside IR35
* Length: 3 months initial, scope to extend
* Location: London
* Working pattern: Flexible - must be able to go onsite to lead workshops and drop-ins

The interim Change and Adoption Lead will be responsible for:
* Leading change and adoption activities across multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organisational transformation goals.
* Developing and implementing engagement strategies to promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of changes amongst stakeholders.
* Identifying and addressing barriers to adoption, working closely with project teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
* Designing and delivering communication plans and materials to ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the change process.
* Facilitating workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to support end-users in adopting new systems, processes, or behaviours.
* Monitoring and measuring the success of change initiatives, collecting feedback and adjusting plans to improve outcomes.
* Collaborating with programme and project managers to embed adoption strategies into plans, ensuring a consistent approach is embedded within the delivery framework.
* Supporting and coaching the Digital Champions network in planning and implementing change and adoption activities and strategies.
* Championing a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging stakeholders to contribute to successful change efforts.
* Supporting governance processes by preparing materials for end users and coordinating activities for appropriate boards and meetings.
