Position: 1 x Security Officers (Door Supervisor SIA Licence Required)
Contract: Average 29.75 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 1 day on 1 day off (days only) (including weekends and Bank Holidays)
Shift Times: 09:45 - 18:15 (overtime available)
Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour (paid breaks)

Role Overview

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and customer service standards of our site. You will work closely with the on-site supervisor and management team to carry out all duties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Complete all assigned duties as per instructions from supervisors and management
* Report and act on any security breaches to line managers and the 24-hour control room
* Assist with any security, safety, or criminal investigations
* Log all incidents in the reporting system accurately and promptly
* Conduct internal and external patrols of buildings and car parks
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
* Follow all site-specific Assignment Instructions (AIs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Assessments (RAs), memos, and toolbox talks
* Wear and maintain a valid SIA licence while on duty
* Operate CCTV equipment where required (CCTV PSS SIA Licence needed)
* Attend training courses as directed
* Comply with all legal, health, and safety requirements of the role

* CCTV PSS SIA Licence (or willingness to obtain)
