Practice Manager - Children's MAST Team
Location: Calderdale (Hybrid - 1 day WFH)
Rate: £40 per hour (via umbrella)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join the Children's MAST Team in Calderdale. This hybrid role allows for one day of remote working per week.

The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that safeguarding contacts are responded to promptly, as well as providing advice, support, and supervision to staff. You will also attend and chair multi-agency meetings, oversee performance targets, and arrange and chair strategy meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to safeguarding contacts in a timely manner
* Provide supervision, advice, and support to team members
* Chair and attend multi-agency meetings
* Ensure achievement of performance targets
* Arrange and chair strategy meetings

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* At least 3 years experience as a social worker within childrens services
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
