Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting our client, a mid-tier tech-driven accountant firm based in the heart of the city that are eager to recruit an dynamic Transformation Manager to complement their existing Operations & Transformation team and to drive their digital transformation across their core service lines. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting client needs with the firm's advancing technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive transformation projects from start to finish, including selecting, implementing, and embedding new platforms, with a focus on user adoption and measurable business benefits.
  • Champion a digital-first mindset across the business, helping teams unlock efficiencies through tools such as Silverfin, Caseware, and other automation solutions.
  • Facilitate smooth integration of systems and processes for newly acquired or merged companies within the group.
  • Influence and engage stakeholders across departments, translating tech opportunities into clear, practical improvements.
  • Lead change management activities, including communications, training programmes, and rollout plans to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with operational and client-facing teams to capture requirements, shape solutions, and tailor systems for maximum impact.
  • Deliver user training and onboarding, fostering skills, confidence, and independence in using new tools.
  • Track and evaluate outcomes through data-driven KPIs, usage metrics, and adoption rates, taking action based on insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging technologies and contributing to the firm's transformation roadmap.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated success in leading software rollouts or digital transformation initiatives, preferably in accountancy or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of the accounting software landscape and its potential to revolutionise service delivery.
  • Proven project management capabilities, from scoping to execution.
  • Skilled in managing organisational change across diverse teams, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to balance a strategic vision with hands-on delivery, working comfortably between big-picture planning and detailed execution.
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented, with a passion for leveraging data and optimising processes.
