Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Fostering IRO Team for Camden Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Chairing annual foster carer reviews in line with statutory requirements and local policy.
* Evaluating the quality of care provided, ensuring compliance with fostering regulations and best practice.
* Promoting the voice of foster carers, children, and young people in the review process.
* Preparing detailed reports with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
* Working collaboratively with fostering teams, safeguarding services, and partner agencies.
* Providing quality assurance oversight and contributing to service development.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience in fostering or related field
* Knowledge of fostering regulations, standards, and review processes
* Social Work England registration
* Strong report-writing and analytical skills
