Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Adolescent Support Team with the London Borough of Croydon.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a team supporting adolescents at risk of exploitation, missing episodes, and other complex needs.
* Overseeing the delivery of interventions that focus on safeguarding, resilience, and positive outcomes for young people.
* Ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to local policies and procedures.
* Providing reflective supervision, case oversight, and professional development for staff.
* Working closely with partner agencies to coordinate safeguarding responses and support plans.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working available.

Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umbrella.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England registration.
* Proven management experience in children's social care, ideally with adolescents at risk.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation.
