QHSE Co-Ordinator
Ref: 4a4a724306b740daa8a5a51e36a75b29Main Purpose:
Provide key administrative support to the HSQE team and assist other departments as needed during a 37.5-hour workweek.
Key Duties:
* Follow company HSQE policies and procedures
* Support HSQE process and document development
* Draft PQQs and HSQE communications
* Manage CAPA database and follow up for updates
* Liaise with suppliers/contractors for document compliance
* Maintain PPE stock, raise purchase orders
* Update HSQE stats and filing systems
* Handle accommodation bookings and general admin tasks
* Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Challenges:
Improve admin functions, support NERS system, and enable HSQE team to focus on projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
* At least 2 years' admin experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong typing skills
Personal Qualities:
* Accurate, adaptable, and organized
* Hardworking with good teamwork skills
* Able to reprioritize tasks independently with minimal supervision
