FOH Receptionist

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Assist with group arrivals and checking in
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages, as necessary.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
* Use the in-house visitor management system
* Maintain reception supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as card issue, data entry, filing, and document management.
* Support Security Admin team with various administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Friendly and professional demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
