Butler Rose is proud to be partnering with a well-established national charity to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine professional financial leadership with the satisfaction of making a genuine difference in people's lives.

Hybrid working : 1 or 2 days a week in the office locally

The Finance Manager will lead the charity's day-to-day financial operations, from managing payroll, pensions, VAT, and audit preparation, to producing accurate management accounts and supporting strategic planning. The role also involves mentoring and developing the finance team, implementing process improvements, and providing insightful financial guidance to senior leaders.
