Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team for Kingston & Richmond AFC.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring statutory duties are met.
* Undertaking assessments, developing care plans, and carrying out reviews in accordance with legislation.
* Working in partnership with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
* Responding to safeguarding concerns and taking appropriate action.
* Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings and reports.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience within children's social care
* Experience working with children with disabilities
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
