MEP BIM Technician (Revit)
Location: St Albans (Hybrid: 2 days WFH / 3 days office)
Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) + Benefits

A leading Building Services consultancy is seeking a talented MEP BIM Technician with strong Revit skills to join their team in St Albans. This role offers the chance to work on an exciting variety of projects including leisure, commercial, education, and residential/mixed-use developments.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering coordinated MEP models, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency across all stages of design and construction. They will work closely with engineers and project teams, producing detailed MEP models using Revit, and assisting with coordination tasks in Navisworks and Revizto.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and update detailed MEP models using Revit.
  • Assist with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.
  • Maintain BIM standards and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Support project delivery from concept through to construction.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
  • Relevant technical qualification - University degree or diploma in Building Services or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience using Revit MEP in a building services environment.
  • Experience with Navisworks and Revizto for clash detection and coordination (advantageous).
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ideally local to St Albans or within an easy commute.
  • Short notice period or immediate availability preferred.
