Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children in Care Team for Buckinghamshire Council in Aylesbury.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managed a varied caseload of children and young people who are in care.
* Undertook statutory visits, assessments, and reviews in accordance with relevant legislation and policy.
* Developed and implemented care plans focused on achieving the best possible outcomes.
* Worked collaboratively with families, carers, and other agencies to support the child's welfare.
* Provided detailed reports for court and statutory reviews.
* Ensured all work was completed within required timescales and to a high standard.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working available

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Social Work England Registration
* Previous experience working with Children in Care or Looked After Children
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and statutory guidance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
