We are seeking a qualified and experienced Educational Psychologist to provide statutory assessment advice for Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments. You will play a key role in ensuring each assessment is completed promptly and within statutory timeframes, producing high-quality advice that meets legal and professional standards.

Pay Rate:
£570.95 per day

Key Responsibilities

Undertake statutory assessments and produce written advice within the statutory timescale.

Engage in person-centred planning to ensure the voice of the child/young person and their family is central to the process.

Clearly outline strengths, needs, and provisions in line with the EHC plan template.

Quality assure your own work to ensure clarity, specificity, and accuracy.

Work collaboratively with families, schools, and multi-agency professionals.

About You

HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist.

Demonstrable experience in statutory assessment work.

Strong skills in person-centred approaches and effective communication.

Proven ability to produce clear, specific, and evidence-based written reports.

Able to meet strict deadlines and work independently.

Contract Details

2 days funded per assessment.

Flexible, remote-based work with potential in-person meetings if required.
