Job Overview
* Electrical Mechanical Shift Engineer is responsible for the day to day planned maintenance and reactive tasks within the total facilities management delivery team based at Festival Place Shopping Centre
Shift Pattern of 4 Early shifts (6am to 3pm), 4 late shift (1pm to 10pm) and 4 rest days
Salary circa £40K
Holiday 25 days a year
Bank holiday at double time if worked

Ability to Work at Height
Personnel Requirements will be a proven knowledge of working previous in a similar role and environment

Main Duties
* Low Voltage Installations, Maintenance and Repair
Planned Preventive Maintenance to Equipment & Site Assets including mechanical installations
Reactive Works as reported across Festival Place
* Electro Mechanical project works as required
* Work at Height will be part of the duties so IPAF is preferred but training can be given
