We are seeking a Process Support Lab Assistant to join a well-established team and provide support to our client within an integrated service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory inventory and stock, cleaning laboratory equipment such as water baths, sterile rooms, fridges, and incubators, as well as glassware preparation and cleaning. Additionally, they will ensure proper removal of laboratory waste and work in accordance with ALCOA principles (Accountable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate). Maintaining full compliance with learning platforms is also required. To succeed in this role, candidates should have education to NAT5 level in English, Maths, and a Science discipline-preferably Biology. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work methodically within strict processes, and effective communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues are essential. This is a mobile role involving some physical lifting, so
being physically fit is important.
