We are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Adults Team in North Lincolnshire. This role plays a vital part in protecting vulnerable adults and delivering statutory safeguarding duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage safeguarding referrals and carry out enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014

Lead and complete Section 42 enquiries to a high professional standard

Work closely with health, police, housing, and other partner agencies to ensure a coordinated safeguarding response

Maintain accurate case records and produce clear, evidence-based reports for decision-making and case conferences

Requirements:

Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration

Proven safeguarding adults experience

Demonstrated competence in completing Section 42 enquiries

Strong communication, assessment, and multi-agency working skills
