Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Looked After Children (LAC) Team at the London Borough of Hackney.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of Looked After Children, ensuring care plans are tailored to individual needs.
* Undertaking statutory visits and reviews in accordance with legal and policy requirements.
* Liaising closely with partner agencies, foster carers, and families to deliver coordinated support.
* Preparing detailed, evidence-based reports for court proceedings and statutory reviews.
* Maintaining accurate and timely case records.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years' post-qualifying experience within children's social care.
* Experience in Looked After Children work.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
