Waste Management Supervisor
Ref: 01b2647ec55e4b0eb4fb56da616b0d00We're currently recruiting for experienced Waste Management Supervisors to oversee operations across Recycling and Household Waste Sites (RHWS).
This role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring high standards of health & safety, supervising site teams, and delivering excellent service., Oversee the safe and efficient operation of RHWS sites
Lead and support site staff in delivering high-quality services
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Monitor site performance and manage resources effectively
Previous experience supervising waste management/recycling operations Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent understanding of health & safety in a site environment Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations
