Are you a proactive Compliance Manager looking oversee and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance., As Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the firm meets its obligations under the SRA Standards and Regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, data protection (GDPR), and other relevant frameworks. You will also lead the handling and resolution of client complaints, supporting a culture of compliance and risk awareness firm-wide., * Develop, implement, and maintain firm-wide compliance policies and procedures
* Monitor compliance with SRA Standards, AML, GDPR, and financial crime prevention laws
* Lead investigation and resolution of client complaints in line with requirements
* Manage processes relating to professional negligence claims and liaise with insurers
* Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
* Deliver training and guidance on compliance to staff at all levels
* Maintain compliance registers and support risk mitigation strategies
* Work collaboratively with the Operations Board and regulatory bodies
* Assist with professional indemnity insurance renewals and risk assessments
