Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Location: Great Barford, Bedford (MK44)
Pay Rate: £13.00 holiday paid or £14.50 holiday accrued

Monday - Friday 4am-2pm
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy team based just outside Bedford in Great Barford.

Role Overview:
This is a yard-based position involving the safe and efficient movement of stock in and around the warehouse and outdoor storage areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations and maintaining an organised, safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move, load, and unload stock
• Working primarily in the yard, with some warehouse support when required
• Assisting with general stock movements and organisation
• Following all health and safety procedures on-site

Requirements:

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a yard or warehouse environment
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Reliable transport to and from Great Barford (MK44 3LH)
