Interim LD Case Manager - Yorkshire

We are currently seeking an experienced professional for an interim Learning Disabilities (LD) Case Manager role based in Yorkshire

???? IR35 Status: Outside IR35
???? Location: Yorkshire (2 days per week face-to-face)
???? Start Date: ASAP
???? Duration:2 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct LD reviews and manage cases effectively
• Engage in face-to-face work 2 days per week
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

• Experience in Learning Disabilities case management
• RNLD qualification not required
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
