What you'll be doing:

  • Accurately process invoices, credit notes, and statements in line with company procedures.

  • Liaise with partners to ensure smooth financial administration and maintain strong working relationships.

  • Investigate and resolve invoice and statement queries, escalating where necessary.

  • Keep purchase ledger account reconciliations accurate and up to date.

  • Work closely with the Account Management and Partner Relationships teams to understand their needs and provide effective financial support.

  • Assist the Accounts Payable team with a variety of tasks, contributing to team goals and taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good numeracy skills and advanced Excel knowledge.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
