Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team for Enfield Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a complex caseload of children and young people with disabilities
* Undertaking statutory assessments and reviews in line with legislative requirements
* Developing and implementing care and support plans in partnership with families and professionals
* Ensuring safeguarding concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
* Maintaining accurate and timely case recordings and reports
* Working in a multi-agency environment to achieve positive outcomes

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Experience within a Children with Disabilities team or relevant specialist service
* Social Work England Registration
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and London Child Protection procedures
