Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the First Response Team for Harrow Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing complex and varied caseloads within a fast-paced First Response environment
* Conducting thorough risk assessments and information gathering to support decision-making
* Responding to safeguarding concerns and making timely referrals for appropriate interventions
* Working in a multi-agency setting, ensuring collaboration across services
* Applying a sound knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures
* Providing timely, accurate case recordings and reports in line with statutory requirements

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Experience within First Response, MASH or extensive Assessment & Child Protection experience
* Social Work England Registration
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and London Child Protection procedures
