Role: Qualified Social Worker - Adults Social Care - Learning Disabilities Team
Location: Walsall
Pay Rate: £28.40 per hour (in line with MOU)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Temporary

Main Purpose of the Role:

Improve outcomes for adults with care and support needs and carers.

Undertake effective strengths-based assessments, planning, and direct work with adults and carers in line with the Care Act 2014 and statutory guidance.

Carry out safeguarding duties to protect adults with care and support needs from abuse or neglect.

Practice social work in a transparent, accountable, and safe way in accordance with professional standards, ethics, and values.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' post-qualified Social Work experience.

Experience within an Adults Learning Disabilities team.

Must read the attached Job Description before applying.

Adults MOC now in place for West Midlands - compliance required.
