As a Senior Publisher, in our STM Journals team, you'll be driving forward our exciting and ambitious journals programme by leading the successful launch of a new suite of materials journals., We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Publisher to launch and lead a new portfolio of materials journals. You will be empowered to drive growth, quality, and impact, manage key relationships, and guide a small team-all while shaping the future of scholarly publishing. As part of this role, you will:

* Set and execute portfolio strategy aligned with organisational goals.
* Build strong relationships with editors and authors.
* Monitor performance and drive improvements.
* Manage and mentor a small publishing team.
