What You'll Do
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property acquisitions and disposals
* Draft and negotiate leases, licenses, and option agreements
* Handle landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations
* Advise on agricultural property transactions and rural estate matters
* Work on academy leases and education sector property requirements
* Support regeneration projects through strategic property advice
* Collaborate with developers, agents, and internal stakeholders on complex transactions
* Provide practical property law advice that enables service delivery and growth

* Qualified Solicitor with current practicing certificate, Barrister, or Fellow of CILEx * Strong commercial property experience with knowledge of acquisitions, disposals, and leasing * Understanding of landlord and tenant law and lease management * Experience with option agreements and development transactions (desirable) * Knowledge of agricultural property or education sector property (advantageous) * Strong drafting and negotiation skills * Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously * Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
