Brand Change & Innovation Project Manager, Scotch Category
Ref: 9b5fcfa6aeff4da3bbf99456f96856a2We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Brand Change & Innovation team within the Scotch Category, based at our Menstrie site near Stirling, Central Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that brings some of the world's most iconic Scotch and Malt whisky brands to life - including Johnnie Walker, Buchanan's, Lagavulin, Talisker, Singleton, and Mortlach.
As part of the Brand Change & Innovation team, you'll work across Innovation, Renovation, Limited-Time Offerings, and Value-Added Packs (VAPs), delivering high-impact projects that help shape the future of our Scotch portfolio.
In this role, you will:
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product developments and redesigns, ensuring quality, cost and timelines are met
* Play a key role in delivering sustainability targets by driving change across our packaging and product innovations
* Support the Brand Change Manager in delivering a strong pipeline of projects and championing our brand ambitions
* Apply best-in-class project planning, budgeting, tracking and communication practices to maintain rigour in project execution
* Develop packaging components in line with product development and manufacturing interface standards
This role offers fantastic exposure to a broad range of Diageo functions including Marketing, Innovation, Sustainability, Procurement, Distillation & Maturation, Manufacturing, Finance, Data and Supply Chain.
