We are looking for Graduate Design Engineers to join us based at our Rutherglen office or Tewkesbury!

P2ML, The Structural Engineering arm of Mitie Telecoms, are looking for Graduate Design Engineers to join the team in their Rutherglen office.

Working predominantly within the telecoms industry, P2ML work alongside all of the major network operators to provide bespoke engineering solutions that continue to set them aside from their competitors. The development of graduate engineers has long been a key element of the businesses growth and ongoing success, and we are looking for further compliment our dynamic team with the next generation of talented engineers.

What are the general role responsibilities?

You will assist more senior personnel with tasks as allocated; ensuring high quality of work is produced at all times.

Your responsibilities will vary between:-
* Undertaking tower analysis: including re-analysis of existing models and building and analysing simple structures with MStower;
* Tower strengthening design;
* Carrying out bespoke designs including hand calculations;
* Assisting with tower measures and calculations;
* Preparing H&S documentation as directed;
* Planning of minor remedial works.

What does our ideal candidate look like?

You will be a recent graduate in a civil/structural engineering discipline, who is a hard working and motivated individual, keen to become part of a dynamic and expanding team.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload; to plan and programme works, all whilst having a good eye for detail.

We want an individual who shows confidence in their ability to identify and suggest process improvements, whilst able to communicate accurately, concisely and with confidence with peers.
