About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and professional Corporate Security Officer to join our dedicated team at a high-profile client site in Leeds. You'll play a key role in safeguarding people, assets, and property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all. This is a full-time permanent position working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota, averaging 42 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities
* Maintain Site Security: Protect the site, assets, and personnel through routine patrols and presence.
* Follow Assignment Instructions (AIs): Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with site-specific policies and procedures.
* Report and Respond: Identify hazards, respond to incidents, and escalate issues where required.
* Incident Management: Complete clear and accurate incident reports and documentation.
* Professionalism Under Pressure: Maintain composure and professionalism in all situations.
* Communicate Effectively: Carry out check calls, liaise with team members, clients, and emergency services as needed.
* Compliance: Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.

What You'll Bring
* SIA License: Front-line licence required (or willingness to obtain).
* Right to Work & Vetting: Minimum of 5 years continuous UK residency (required for vetting).
* Good Communication: Proficient English skills - written and verbal.
* Tech Literacy: Comfortable with basic computer systems.
* Flexibility: Willing to work on a rotational shift pattern.
* SC Clearance (Desirable): Existing clearance is beneficial but not essential.
* Experience: Previous security experience is desirable, though full training is provided.
