We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Lead to support the strategic development and expansion of a cross-council neighbourhood programme. This role will lead the development of a business case, facilitate multi-agency collaboration, and drive key workstreams that support better outcomes for local communities.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Lead for Neighbourhood Strategy:

· Drive the development of a robust business case to support expansion of neighbourhood-based services across housing, employment, health, and social care

· Lead multiple workstreams that contribute to the strategy, including data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and identification of priority populations and geographies

· Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders across the council and third sector to align strategies and ensure collective ownership

· Develop strategic recommendations and implementation options based on insight, demand analysis, and lessons learned from similar previous initiatives

· Provide leadership and coordination across council departments to embed a whole-system, community-focused approach

· Facilitate workshops, governance reporting, and alignment with political leadership

Skills, experience and knowledge required of the Project Lead for Neighbourhood Strategy
· Strong track record of project and programme management, ideally within local government, public sector reform or the third sector · Proven ability to lead strategy development, business case preparation, and cross-organisational collaboration · Understanding of neighbourhood-based service delivery and alignment with NHS models, *Venn Group's "Recommendation Scheme": if you recommend a candidate who is subsequently placed by Venn Group (for a minimum of 2 weeks) you will be eligible for vouchers from a choice of high street organisations
