Location: Monument, London (Hybrid)

An established and forward-thinking building services consultancy in the heart of London is seeking a talented MEP BIM Coordinator with strong UK experience and proven COBie expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a team that values innovation, quality, and a genuine work-life balance.

The Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering coordinated, high-quality MEP BIM models on a range of projects, ensuring COBie deliverables are met to the highest standards. Working closely with engineers, designers, and project teams, they will drive BIM processes forward and maintain consistent project data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate MEP BIM models for a variety of UK projects.

  • Ensure accurate and complete COBie data is delivered in line with project requirements.

  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve coordination issues.

  • Maintain BIM standards and protocols across multiple projects.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues on BIM processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong MEP BIM coordination experience within the UK construction industry.

  • Advanced knowledge of COBie processes and deliverables.

  • Proficiency with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).

  • Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Package & Benefits:
