We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join our dedicated Adult Safeguarding Team in Stockport.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload and contributing to the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014.

Manage a varied and complex caseload with confidence and autonomy.

Work collaboratively with partner agencies to protect adults at risk.

Provide clear, concise assessments and safeguarding plans.

Contribute to case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings.

Requirements:

Social Work England registration.

Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).

Proven experience within adult safeguarding.

Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding processes.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.
