In this role, you will act as the gatekeeper and custodian for the addition, removal, and churn of data. You will work closely with both the Asset Care Team and the Application Support Team to ensure data integrity and consistency. A key part of your responsibilities will be investigating queries raised by the Customer Service Desk, Scheduling, and Service Continuity Teams regarding locations, assets, and services. This will involve liaising with Account Teams to gather and provide accurate information. You will also be responsible for issuing the correct templates to the Account Team to facilitate Change Requests (CRs) with the customer, as well as providing and maintaining up-to-date data templates. It is essential that any data changes are accurately reflected across all impacted systems. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Effective communication with peers and management is crucial to drive and align priorities. You will
also support the mobilisation and demobilisation of all Maximo-led contracts and assist with any data requirements in Maximo-led projects.
