We are looking for an Assistant Editor to join us in the Higher Education/Adult Business Unit within the English Propositions team to contribute to the development of print and digital ELT products for learners of English worldwide., * Entry-level position in ELT (English Language Teaching) publishing.
* Involves contributing to the development and maintenance of key Higher Education/Adult ELT titles at Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
* Supports the editorial team while learning publishing skills and processes.
* Provides exposure to a wide range of HE/Adult ELT products.
* Enables effective support for both customers and the editorial team.
* Offers opportunities to contribute to text, audio, video, and digital content.

* Demonstrated interest in English Language Teaching (e.g., CELTA or equivalent qualification). * Experience with office procedures and relevant software (e.g., MS Office, cloud-based document sharing systems). * Well-organized and proactive team player with a 'can-do' attitude. * Meticulous in both content checking/evaluation and administrative tasks. * Willing to handle both mechanical and complex assignments, understanding the value of all tasks in delivering high-quality content.
