Working collaboratively on an international team, the Editor will help deliver Cambridge's ambitious publishing plan for the Higher Education / Adult by developing compelling digital and print content, building on the Press's core strengths and position as a leading ELT publisher.

You bring strong teaching experience and pedagogical expertise, with a proven ability to develop impactful print and digital learning materials. Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively, you thrive under pressure and have a sharp eye for quality, detail, and innovation in educational publishing. * Solid teaching experience and sound pedagogical judgment * Skilled in designing and delivering instructional materials across print and digital formats * Eager to learn and adapt content for diverse market needs and institutions * Effective communicator with freelancers and team members * Comfortable working collaboratively in virtual environments * Quick learner with the ability to perform well under pressure * Analytical thinker with confidence in developing and evaluating core materials * Capable of managing art, photos, audio, video, and digital content in alignment with schedules and budgets * Proficient with current software tools and adaptable to new systems * CELTA qualification or equivalent desirable (editorial training provided as needed)
