We are working with a Kent based Housing Association to recruit and an IT Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving successful outcomes., * Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation through execution and closure
* Ensure all project deliverables meet established business requirements and quality standards
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
* Embed and oversee a robust change control process, ensuring strict adherence to the organization's new Project Framework
* Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to support user testing, training, and the adoption of new systems and processes
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within project teams
* Proven experience managing complex IT projects across multiple departments or business units * Prince 2/Agile Foundation Level * Knowledge and experience of implementing Integrated Housing Management Systems and Asset Management Systems, ideally Civica Cx * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools * Demonstrated ability to implement change control processes and drive compliance with project frameworks
