This role is critical in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of value to customers and stakeholders, aligning strategic goals with operational execution, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

. The Head of RGM & TPM is responsible for the strategic leadership & vision across the RGM & TPM capability, aligning technology strategy to business goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's strategic goals, customer needs, and market trends, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The Head of RGM & TPM will create strong relationships with key senior, global and local business stakeholders, as well as collaborating with D&T leads across DA&I, Regions, Finance and more to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and maximize customer satisfaction.

RGM & TPM Sub Value Stream Leadership:
* Provide strategic direction and leadership for the sub-value stream, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Develop and communicate the overall capability vision and strategic direction for the software solutions within the value stream, considering business goals and market needs. Communicate the Digital &Technology RGM & TPM vision, strategy, and tech roadmap to stakeholders.
* Prioritize features and user stories based on business value & technical feasibility.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the value stream.
* Continuously monitor and measure project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

Value Stream Optimization:
* Identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and waste reduction within the value stream.
* Implement Lean and Agile methodologies to optimize value delivery, increase throughput, and reduce cycle times.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with D&T DA&I, legal, procurement, security, & operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end value delivery.
* Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams to ensure a smooth flow of work and minimize dependencies and delays.
* Collaborate with Customer Value Stream Leaders to ensure alignment across teams and maximize value delivery.

Product Management & Continuous Improvement:
* Responsible for prioritization of product backlog items based on input from stakeholders, market analysis, and user feedback
* Provide clarity and guidance to the development and run teams on product requirements, acceptance criteria, service level objectives and desired outcomes.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, fostering innovation, and promoting experimentation within the value stream.
* Lead and facilitate regular retrospectives, root cause analysis, and problem-solving sessions to identify improvement opportunities and drive actionable outcomes.

Performance Management:
* Set clear performance goals and objectives for the TPM& RGM stream and ensure they are cascaded to the team members.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.

Stakeholder Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior RGM & TPM stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
* Communicate value stream performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring effective communication channels are in place to address concerns and solicit feedback.

Budget
* Fiscal digital portfolio planning for TPM & RGM functional area
* Total cost of ownership management and optimisation across people, portfolio, BAU for the area.
